We Had A Few Things To Buy Today,

and a few things to do, so it was off to the TukCom Center, the new camera I bought has one slight failing, the cable that came with it to connect it to the computer was less than 2 feet long, so it was more than a bit fiddly to connect the camera every day at the side of the computer which was up against a wall, so I bought an extension USB cable, and it worked! I can now easily attach the camera at the front of the screen with no more problems, seems a shame though that a manufacturer will produce a ₤200 camera then save a couple of pennies by making the USB cable too short to reach the front of the computer, oh well big business knows best! next stop get the tax and insurance for the bike encapsulated, 40 baht and all done,
Pattaya Tai on which TukCom is situated,
a quick picture of the flower stall on the way back,
I had left Diana in the S & P bakery as I walked down to the Kodak shop, we also wanted to buy some new BluRay covers which I did not think would be available, but one shop had some in stock, we also had a new plastic cover fitted on my Nokia phone, the old one that protected the touch screen was really tatty, so all in all a successful day out,
so back to Diana in the S & P coffee shop for an ice coffee,
this is the USB cable for the camera, it is an 18" rule, just another 6 - 8" would have been perfect to get the cable to the front of the computer, but it was not to be,
later in the afternoon we had a game of Monopoly, with just one complete set and with some very unlucky rolls of the dice for Diana I won,
in the evening we went back to an old favorite The Tudors, we watched most of season one over the course of the afternoon and evening, it was strange how much I had forgotten or not seen the first time round, for us if you want a recommendation a great series,
then in a complete change of time and place MI5, Episode #5.1, some people start to die of a strange bacteriological infection spreading panic in the general population, Harry Pearce comes to the conclusion that there is a move within certain parts of the British government and civil service to bring in a new political and administrative order, Episode #5.2, Juliet Shaw was severely injured in the attempt on their lives and is recovering in hospital, the third planned attack - having two commercial airliners collide in mid-air - is foiled by Zaf at the regional air control center but MI-5 finds itself nearly alone fighting the forces within and outside the British government who are in effect staging a coup d'etat, it all sort of ends well, then for us off to bed.
