Sunday, So We Are Off For Lunch Today,

this time to the Beefeater,

Diana looking as lovely as ever,

shorts and a 'T' shirt today, it was so hot,

as usual we parked at the rear of the bars near the Second Road end of Soi Diana.

then walked past a few restaurants and tailors shops that are in a covered walkway to the Beefeater,

the restaurant itself, Mr. Tony and Diana striking the pose,

inside it is similar to a typical British pub,

today we went for the 250 baht buffet, first some starters,

which we followed by some of the main courses,

 'Cheers!',

 some ribs for Mr. Tony,

a self portrait of us by Diana,

 we decided on some desserts,

a very nice apple crumble with custard and ice cream rounded the meal off nicely,

meal finished we made our way back along the walk way to the car,

there is a shrine in the car park I am guessing put there by the buildings owners,

placed nicely at the base of a couple of huge trees, then back to 388, feet up and watch a couple of DVDs,

firstly The Three Musketeers in 3D, great film the sets and costumes first class, we had watched it before but we all wanted to see it again,

then a great British classic, which Mr. Tony had not seen before, The Third Man, dated of course and in black and white but still enjoyable viewing, great use of shadows and water, the water was used as the lights were not powerful enough, but the wet cobblestones reflected the light enough for shooting, Mr. Tony then left for home,

we settled down to a few more from, Waking the Dead series 3, still full of holes where ungloved investigators examine forensic evidence before DNA and other samples are taken, but it seems that for the director this unscientific behaviour is par for the course, next for us off to bed.
