Photorealistic,

meaning,

the medium in which an artist studies a photograph and then attempts to reproduce the image as realistically as possible in another medium, or makes a drawn picture that looks like it could be a photograph, it is the medium that Brisbane artist CJ Hendry uses and to make life more difficult she decided to produce a series of 50 food drawings in 50 days, with a new piece posted to Instagram every 24 hours, the attention to detail is staggering,

as was her goal, if that was not difficult enough each of the black pen drawings of a photorealistic food set are featured against the backdrop of an ornate French plate,

as well as 'normal' sized works she also goes into larger scale drawings like this one, for more of her larger truly stunning works have a look here, what an incredible talent she truly has.

Now I know how to write posts, here I go.

Good to see that you are having such a wonderful time, that looks like one hell of a party that you were at. I am envious.
